About me

I have been interested in Psychology for many years with particular interest in Humanistic Psychology, which focuses on human potential.

I have been practising as a counsellor for the past 10 years and am an accredited member of BACP.

I offer short & long term counselling for individuals. 

I also offer counselling for couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationship.

I specialise in Person-Centred Counselling, which puts the client(s) at the centre of the counselling relationship. 

I work at the clients pace and I trust that over time they will come to share how they are feeling and what difficulties they are experiencing. 

I am committed to work in a non-directive way without judgement. 

The personal qualities I bring to my work are sensitivity, openness and warmth, as well as respect for others and their individual values and beliefs.

I am fully insured and offer counselling from a dedicated counselling room, based in a quiet residential area of Bognor Regis.
